In the event
of your parcel getting lost in the mail, please make sure to check your tracking number properly & call the
party handling delivery first (contact details can be found on their
website(s)). If you are still having difficulties locating your parcel please get in
touch with us ASAP within a 28 day time period (from dispatch date) so that we may investigate
further.
We will try to locate the delivery for you, Please email us at info@reinalovelondon.com with your full order details. We use Royal Mail as a shipping carrier within the UK. International parcels are handed over from Royal Mail to that specific country's partner delivery carrier.
ALL our parcels are sent with tracking numbers. Please be sure to check your tracking information carefully before reaching out to us. If there is a
clear indication that your order is lost (& you have alerted us within the prescribed time period) , we will offer you a refund/gift card.
